New Roof Installation
We install new roofs on new construction, room additions, detached garages, and covered patios. Our Levasy crews handle residential and light commercial. Standard install time is 1-3 days depending on size.
Metal Roofing
We install 24-gauge and 26-gauge standing seam in Galvalume and pre-painted steel. Concealed fastener system means nothing's exposed to weather. Panels lock together at the seam and clip to the roof deck.
Shingle Roofing
Architectural shingles are what 80% of Levasy homeowners choose. They look better than 3-tab, last longer, and handle wind better. We install GAF Timberline, Owens Corning Duration, and CertainTeed Landmark.
Flat Roofing
TPO single-ply membrane in 60-mil or 80-mil thickness, hot-air welded seams, fully adhered or mechanically attached over polyiso insulation board. We install per NRCA and manufacturer specifications. Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure. We use tapered ISO insulation to create minimum 1/4" per foot slope to drains. FM 4473 rated systems available for hail-prone Levasy areas.
Commercial Roofing
Modified bitumen (mod-bit) is still the best choice for high-traffic commercial roofs in Levasy. We torch-apply SBS-modified base and cap sheets over properly primed concrete or approved decking. Two-ply mod-bit systems carry 20-year NDL (No Dollar Limit) warranties through GAF, Firestone, or Johns Manville. NRCA member. We follow the manual.
Gutter Installation
Clogged gutters cause fascia rot. We see it on every other house in Levasy. We install new gutters with proper pitch, adequate downspout capacity, and optional gutter guards if you're done cleaning them twice a year.
Roof Inspection
Our 27-point roof inspection covers: shingle condition, granule loss, nail pops, lifting tabs, ridge cap integrity, valley flashing, step flashing at walls, drip edge, pipe boot seals, vent function, soffit ventilation, gutter pitch, downspout capacity, fascia condition, decking (from attic if accessible), and visible signs of moisture in the attic. Written report with photos emailed same day.
Emergency Roof Repair
After we tarp and secure your roof, we document everything for insurance purposes. Photos, measurements, damage descriptions. Your adjuster gets a professional report, not a handwritten note.
Skylight Installation
A skylight installed wrong will leak. The flashing has to integrate with the shingle courses. Step flashing on the sides, headwall flashing on top, and a sill pan underneath. We use manufacturer flashing kits because they're engineered to work with the skylight frame.
